Get in touch and we will refund it. Codes that score “Good” on the scannability meter are tested against the standard quiet-zone and contrast rules, but a bad print run can still defeat any QR code.
Do I need an account?
No. Credits are tied to your browser. If you clear your site data, or switch device, you will need to buy again - so if you plan to work across machines, buy on the one you will actually be designing on.
